These terms cover the Atlas Conquest game and this website. Using either means you accept them.
Licence to use
You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Atlas Conquest for your own entertainment. You may not sell it, rent it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or strip out its artwork or data for use elsewhere.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign in with an account you control, and tell us if you believe someone else is using it. We may suspend accounts that cheat, deliberately exploit bugs, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Availability
Atlas Conquest is in active development. Features change, servers go down for maintenance, and the game may be unavailable without warning. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue any feature.
Your content
Decks you build and feedback you send remain yours. By submitting them you allow us to store them, and to use feedback to improve the game. Do not submit anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Our content
The game, its cards, artwork, names, and this website belong to Atlas Conquest and its licensors. Streaming, recording, and making videos of your own play is welcome and encouraged; wholesale redistribution of the artwork or game files is not.
No warranty
Atlas Conquest is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not warrant that it will be free of bugs or that any defect will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Atlas Conquest. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above will change with them, and continuing to use Atlas Conquest after that means you accept the update.
